I am absolutely thrilled with my new roof and skylight installed by Balken Roofing! The roof pitch on my house is extremely steep, with an old 1970s acrylic dome skylight at the top. The crew was quick, efficient, made sure to protect the surrounding vegetation, and did an outstanding cleanup job afterwards. Rotted plywood was replaced, as well as matching tongue & groove for the porch which required a trip to a local lumber yard. A skilled carpenter worked alongside the skylight installer to replace the skylight and old exterior and interior trim. Thank you Chad Balken for your support, and all of the crew who spent a long hard day working at my house. My new skylight and roof are amazing!!

We had our garage & house fully re-roofed within 2 weeks of Steve coming out to take a look and price it out. The last homeowners did a diy and Balken came in and did a fantastic job! They had to replace about 11 sheets of plywood between the garage & house, plus a 2x4. The workers were professional and all in sync with one another. They worked quickly and efficiently in 30 degree weather. I really thought the price was going to be more than it was but it wasn't. You can't beat the 50 yr warranty with 25 yr labor warranty. Very happy with our new roofs.
